Limited Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects:

At Ayesha Jees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final under normal conditions.

We will only consider exchanges for items with verifiable manufacturing defects. To be eligible for an exchange:

Report the defect within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, with original tags and labels attached.
The item must be free of any stains, marks, body odor, or perfume scent.
Exchange Process:

Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, detailing the defect.
Upon approval, you will be instructed on how to return the defective item.
After a thorough examination, we will offer you an exchange for a product of the same value or store credit for a future purchase.
Important Notes:

Exchanges are only available within 1 week of receiving your order.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges for different designs or colors are not possible. To get a different item, you will need to place a new order.
